Golf Tournament November 8th sponsored in part by Maui Harley Davidson

Hi Guys,

Attached is the flier and registration form for our up coming golf tournament on November 8th, which will be played at Elliair Golf Course in Kihei and sponsored in part by Maui Harley Davidson.

The tournament will be a 3 man scramble with $900.00 1st place, $600.00 2nd place and $300.00 for the 3rd place winners, also Maui Harley Davidson is sponsoring a brand new Harley Davidson which will go to the first person that gets a hole in one !!

There will be refreshments provided for all golfers and H.O.G members that come out to help with organization, these will be at every 3rd hole on the golf course and Lunch will be provided after golf is over, at Henry's Bar & Grill in Kihei.

Team Registration Deadline will be Monday November 3rd - So please get your paperwork into Rob as soon as possible if you would like to play.

We will be needing 16 volunteers that are not playing golf to help out and coordinate the event - Help will be needed at morning check in and during the day on the golf course, as you will see from the flier and the registration form there is going to be lots of things going on during the day -- So it will be fun for everyone, even if you don't play golf !! -- Please let me know as soon as possible if you can help out and those people that will be signing up to play - Please try to promote the event and sign up other teams, not just the guys you usually play with, on a regular basis.
