State HOG Rally...
The rally this year will be Friday, October 9th thru Sunday Nov 11th ...
We will be leaving Maui on the morning of Friday the 9th arriving in Honolulu between 8.00am & 9.00am .. If you have not already purchased your air ticket, you need to make it for that time.. The reason for this is so we all go to the dock at the same time to pick up the bikes. Click here to access Hawaiian Airlines.
Once we get to Honolulu we will go directly from the airport to Young Bros dock, to unload the bikes and ride to the HOG rally registration site at Makaha.
We will be staying at the Maile Sky Court hotel in Waikiki... Call the hotel directly and make your own room booking and or, team up with someone else to share a room ... We will be shipping/loading the bikes on Monday October 5th 8.00am at Young Bros Maui... Bring 4 ratchet straps to tie down your bike.. You can buy ratchett straps in four packs from Lowes or Home Depot for about $30.00 per set.
Make sure you have all your paperwork in order, prior to showing up at the dock!
Registration, safety check and insurance are current ! Bring photo I.D so you can get onto the dock!
If you don't own the bike... you need a letter of release from the bank or Harley Credit, giving you permission to ship between the dates of October 5th and October 15th 2009.
On Monday morning October 12th we will be loading bikes at Young Bros Oahu 8.00am for the return trip... Make your return flight to Maui from 1.00pm onward... this will give us enough time to load the bikes, complete the paperwork and get to the airport
