In The Beginning ...

God created the land, sea and sky.
And God saw that it was quite good and was well pleased.

Then a few days later God created man & woman. He told them to go have fun, have lots of kids and fill the earth. God saw all that he had done, and it was quite good and he was well pleased. Life was simple and easy, for a while. But then, woman wanted more. So in a quest for true freedom and real joy, woman had man create the Harley, and shortly there-after the "biker" was born. They were a motley crew. Rejected and misunderstood by corporate America. But, no matter, life was good. They rode proud and happy and multiplied. But soon, this was not enough. They wanted more. They wanted a place where they could let their hair down, show off their tattoo's, hang up their leathers and just be wild & crazy. Then a beautiful angel appeared and said, "Don't worry. I have good news for you, which will make everyone happy. Start a chapter, and they will come."

In early 2003, with the wisdom, help and support of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the Maui Harley-Davidson Dealership, the Aloha State Chapter #44 Maui HI Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Owner's Group ~ H.O.G. was born. Located in the heart of Kahului, Maui, Hawaii, surrounded by some of nature's most epic scenery, we are celebrating our fifth year anniversary and welcome the lone biker, with "good news of great joy!!" We regularly gather for BBQ's, rides, parties, charitable events, monthly get-togethers, camp-outs, and more. Our Ladies of Harley chapter is active and enjoys spa days and special lady rides so don’t miss that! Please contact us with questions, subscription requests, articles or suggestions.
